Petrino House

"Petrino" house is an independent part of a villa built against the hillside at the northern part of the penisula.
It is a charming and functional 70 square meter home suitable for 4 people. It has a large living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed with an outside window facing the sea, a smaller bedroom, also with a double bed, with an open to the living room. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom is very spacious and has a shower.
A staircase that used to connect this house to the house above, is not in use now and is simply a decorative element, as both houses are separated and are fully soundproofed.
Under this staircase there is a sofa that can be used as bed and accommodate a fifth person.
