The house covers 45 square meters and consists of a dinning / living room with fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a WC with shower.
The house is located at the lower level and the access from the parking area is through a staircase.

The house has a large private terrace, facing to the south and east, a good part of which is shaded by a pergola with reed.
Under the pergola there is a stone bench and a table with armchairs (directors'type).
There are also sun beds and an outdoor shower that our guest enjoy very much.

The east beach
From below there is a beautiful secluded sandy beach that is accessible only on foot and is scarcely visited by other people.
From the house start the private stone built stairway that lead to the beach after around 120 steps. Along the stairway there two benches where you can sit and rest for a while and enjoy the view.
